The bike course will be a challenging one lap route incorporating a flat and fast section on the Sunshine Motorway prior to an undulating lap through the hinterland.

From transition, runners will head north and onto the iconic Mooloolaba Esplanade. After heading over the scenic Alexandra Headland hill, athletes will continue to Cotton Tree via Sixth Avenue and Alexandra. Athletes will follow the same route for the second lap along striking shores and a spectator-lined course before finishing in the heart of Mooloolaba
