Things to do on a Rainy Day on the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Brisbane & Melbourne

Not every day is bound to be perfect while you’re on holiday, that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop. Here are the wet weather activities surrounded our properties.

Gold Coast

The Gold Coast is best known for its surf, sand and sunshine however if the weather isn’t so kind, here are some of the things to do on the Gold Coast when it’s raining.


King Tut Indoor Put Put

King Tutt’s Putt Putt is the ultimate mini-golf challenge located in the heart of Surfers Paradise.

They have one outdoor and two fully themed indoor courses, perfect for any weather condition on the day. Their indoor courses feature glow in the dark caves through Ancient Egypt and King Kong amongst ferocious dinosaurs. Air Factory

The Air Factory in Burleigh is a trampoline park that is fun for the whole family. Experience the Gold Coast’s most exciting new experience where you can conquer the Wall, Tumble Tramp and Super Quads. 1 Hour General Admission starts from $13 for kids and $16 for adults.

If you are highly competitive you can also try Bubble Soccer where you are running inside a Zorb.

Sunshine Coast

Rollerdrome in picturesque Caloundra

Have a fun filled skating session around the drome.  The Caloundra Rollerdrome has different time sessions through the week and it’s something the whole family can enjoy.
