The warmer weather is upon us. With the sun rising earlier you might cease the opportunity to indulge in a delicious breakfast. Here are the best spots to do so.

Gold Coast

Elk Espresso, Broadbeach

Elk Espresso is always a buzz of activity. With excellent food and coffee on offer its favourite with locals. Elk Espresso is located directly underneath ULTIQA Air on Broadbeach. The menu is seasonal and always changing. Currently some of the delicious menu offerings include Iced Vovo Waffles, Breakfast Burger and Double Smoked Bacon & Eggs.

 

Bam Bam Bakehouse, Mermaid Beach

Bam Bam Bakehouse is located on the Gold Coast Highway just a short distance from our three Broadbeach properties. The café bakes fresh pastries every day and they are truly indulgent. They also have a breakfast menu with which includes twists on the classics. Make sure you try the Cinnamon Cruffins or the Bam Bam Benny. The drinks are also unique why not try the Mermaid Latte or the Barbie Hot Chocolate?

 

The Loose Moose, Broadbeach

The Loose Moose is another popular spot for breakfast. The menu offering includes Golden Gaytime waffles, Berry Citrus Pancakes and Benedict Sliders. To wash it all down try one of their fresh juices, Smoothies or Freakshakes which include the Nutella fudge freakshake and the Peanut Butter Cup Freakshake! The Loose Moose is located in the newly renovated Oasis Shopping Centre underneath ULTIQA Air on Broadbeach.

 

Sunshine Coast

Beau’s, Kings Beach, Caloundra

Just a short stroll from ULTIQA Shearwater Resort is Beau’s. This fresh café boasts a delightful menu with both indulgent and healthy options. Try the Golden Granola or the Beachside Burrito.

 

Coco Loco Club, Moffat Beach

Located around the corner from the renowned Moffat Beach dining precinct is Coco Loco Club. This place is perfect for a hot summers’ day serving up smoothie and acai bowls.  Eat in our take your bowl down to the shore to enjoy.

 

The Pocket, Moffat Beach

This has to be one of the most popular cafes in Caloundra. Its best known for its coffee but also has a small menu offering.

 

Melbourne

Manchester Press

Only a short walk from ULTIQA Little Collins near Bourke street mall is the Manchester Press. This bustling café prides itself on the finest coffee. They also offer a wide selection of bagels which is what they are known for.

Operator 25 is located in the heritage listed Telephone Exchange Building on Wills Street. This location lends itself to being a cosy spot to enjoy breakfast while in Melbourne. They serve their speciality coffee and an everchanging brew as well. The menu includes a unique mix of options. We recommend trying the Ube Waffle!

 

Hardware Société

Located in Hardware Lane this tiny café serves awesome coffee, macarons, croissants and savoury empanadas.

 

Brisbane

Collective Kitchen

A 2-minute walk from ULTIQA Rothbury Hotel is Collective Kitchen. They serve up classic breakfast favourites and excellent coffee.

 

Strauss

Strauss is located on a laneway down from Elizabeth street and serves speciality coffee and delightful food. Try the Maple Pecan Granola or the Fruit and Nut Bread.

 

Cawfee

Located on Queen Street, Cawfee and is a great spot to have breakfast. As the name suggests the coffee is what its all about. The food is simple and delicious.
