A unique casual Italian dining experience in the heart of Surfers Paradise only a short drive or tram ride from ULTIQA Freshwater Point Resort & ULTIQA Air on Broadbeach. Watch your food being made in the Pasta, Pizza or Salad stations, or grab a refreshing cocktail at the bar. The meals are affordable and suitable for large groups, families or couples.
Some of the best burgers on the Gold Coast are served at Ze Pickle. The restaurant is located a short walk from Burleigh beach on Connor Street. The menu includes delicious beef/chicken/pork or vegetarian burgers, bar snacks and decadent desserts. The burgers have the option to add their signature ZP sauce, Maple bacon and smoked jalapenos. Ze Pickle is a casual dining experience that everyone can enjoy.

The Fish House
Located on the shore of Burleigh beach, The Fish House is an upmarket seafood restaurant with spectacular views of the Gold Coast skyline. The seafood and fresh produce is sourced from the best suppliers across the country. A little more expensive but the quality makes it worth it.
If you’re looking for something truly special then Little Truffle will not disappoint. It is located in mermaid beach of the Gold Coast Highway on the corner of Bondi Avenue, only a short drive from either of the Gold Coast properties. The menu is a combination of modern Australian cuisine with influences from South Western Europe. There are a variety of ways to dine including an al a carte menu, 3 course menus or a 5 course Degustation. They are open for lunch Wednesday to Saturday and for dinner Monday to Saturday.
Alto Cucina & Bar
A relaxed modern dining experience located in the Oasis Shopping centre directly under ULTIQA Air on Broadbeach. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food has a fresh Mediterranean flair. The share plates are a great way to get a taste of a few different things some of the delicious plates include grilled haloumi, crispy pork belly and fat chips.
ULTIQA Freshwater Point Resort is lucky enough to have our only ULTIQA branded Café onsite. Great for a delicious breakfast, coffee & cake or lunch and they also stock readymade meals if you don’t feel like cooking and want a home cooked meal.
Kiyomi is a modern Japanese restaurant created by the renowned Chase Kojima. It is shared dining experience with various exciting menu items and beverages that are all inspired by the Japanese culture. The restaurant is located in Jupiter’s Casino, only a short walk from both ULTIQA Freshwater Point Resort and ULTIQA Air on Broadbeach.
Domenico’s on Kings
We might be a little biased on this one, located onsite at our ULTIQA Shearwater Resort is Domenico’s on Kings. This causal, authentic Italian restaurant is run by Dom and his team and the food is always delicious and pricing reasonable. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also make a great coffee.
Another great Italian restaurant located only 5 minutes from the resort on Knox Avenue is Amici. A smart/casual dining experience and the menu is varied, with both your typical Italian items but also delicious steak and chicken as well.
A 15 minute drive from the resort is the stunning See Restaurant. Located at the Moolooba Wharf, this provides guests with an over water dining experience perfect for a romantic evening or dinner with friends. The focus is on fresh seafood caught on the trawlers that call Sunshine Coast home. The pricing is more on the expensive side but the view is worth it. They are open Tuesday to Saturday from 10am till late and Sunday for lunch.

Berardos on the beach
If you’re heading into Noosa then you need to try Berardos Bistro, located in the heart of Noosa on Hastings Street. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is a hip, casual dining experience taking in the views of the beautiful beach.
Jaimie Oliver’s Italian
You know that if it’s by Jaimie Oliver it’s going to be good! Trust me you will not be disappointed. It’s Italian dining with a twist, an open kitchen and antipasto bar menus you can watch your food being made and the staff are happy to chat as they work. Make sure you save room for dessert, the chocolate brownie with vanilla bean ice-cream, caramel popcorn & chocolate sauce is absolutely delicious! Only a short stroll from our ULTIQA Rothbury hotel on Edward Street.

If you’re looking for something truly fancy, Matt Moran’s Aria will satisfy, located only a short walk from the resort on Eagle Street Prier. The views are spectacular and so is the food. The restaurant is open for lunch & dinner Monday to Friday and only for dinner on Saturday or Sunday. This is definitely on the expensive side but is truly a unique dining experience.
Sake is known as the best Japanese restaurant in Brisbane and is also located on Eagle Street Prier. The menu includes delicious traditional mains such as chicken teriyaki, Tempura, Makimono Sushi Rolls & Sashimi.
